<html><body> Job Description: Workday Integration/Studio Consultant: Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Work with stakeholders to understand business requirements and design integration solutions that meet those needs.</li><li>Update progress, detailing objectives, and any obstacles encountered on daily stand-up calls/status meetings.</li><li>Perform impact analysis based on project requirements.</li><li>Configure and test integrations between Workday and other systems or applications.</li><li>Develop custom integrations using Workday Studio and other tools.</li><li>Identify and evaluate security requirements for new/existing build.</li><li>Troubleshoot integration issues and provide technical support to end-users.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation of integration solutions.</li><li>Learn and collaborate as necessary to build/resolve issues on Workday Extend, Orchestration solutions.</li><li>Participate in the development of best practices and standard operating procedures related to Workday integrations.</li></ul> Skill Requirement:<ul><li>Good hands-on development experience in Studio integrations and has strong Payroll integration experience.</li><li>At least 3-5 years’ experience in Workday implementations, Development.</li><li>At least 2+ years of experience in Workday Human Capital Management (HCM).</li><li>At least 2-3 years’ experience with Workday Studio and other integration tools/technologies (EIB, Core Connectors, RaaS, SOAP, WSDL, REST, XML, XSLT, and Studio).</li><li>Experience with Workday security framework including role- and user-based security groups, constrained/unconstrained security, integration security, and domain security policies.</li><li>Experience in Agile/SAFe delivery model and tools (e.g., Jira Align).</li><li>Ability to work independently and in a team environment.</li><li>Good communication skills and ability to work with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.</li><li>Strong problem-solving skills with ability to design custom solutions when out-of-the-box options are not available.</li><li>Collaborative team player with ability to work in cross-functional global teams.</li><li>Strong communication skills to interface with business users, functional teams, and technical peers.</li><li>Proactive in adopting Workday best practices and industry trends.</li></ul>   Nice to Have<ul><li>Workday Certification in Integrations, Studio, HCM or one of the relevant Workday core competencies.</li><li>Workday Extend / SSK / Orchestration Experience.</li><li>Experience with Workday Benefits, HR, and T&M.</li><li>Experience with Workday Payroll implementing/managing Payroll Input Processor integrations and implementing/changing Payroll frequencies.</li><li>Familiar with Workday integrations with AWS</li><li>Unionized Payroll experience</li><li>Knowledge of SOX and SOD and audit controls</li><li>JSON and Postman integration tools</li></ul> At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
