This 'HerKey' platform, a website (currently located at: https://www.herkey.com/), mobile application-based platform (together, "Platform”), is owned and operated by JobsForHer Restart Portal Private Limited, a company incorporated under the Companies Act, 2013, and having its registered office at 11, Kemwell House, Tumkur Road, Bengaluru – 560022 (hereinafter referred to as “Company" or "us" or "we" or "our", which expression shall, unless it be repugnant to the context or meaning thereof, be deemed to mean and include its successors and assigns).
By submitting an insertion order, campaign request, or advertising materials, you (“Advertiser”) agree to comply with these Terms, along with any additional guidelines or specifications shared by HerKey.
1. Eligibility & Acceptance
Advertising on HerKey is available to businesses, employers, recruiters, agencies, and organizations. HerKey reserves the right to review and decide which advertisements appear on the Platform. We may accept, reject, suspend, or remove ads to ensure alignment with our platform values, audience trust, applicable laws, and advertising standards.
2. Ad Inventory & Placement
Advertisements may appear across different parts of the Platform, including but not limited to:
Ad placement, format, size, frequency, and visibility are subject to availability and HerKey's internal policies. While placement preferences may be considered, they are not guaranteed unless expressly confirmed in writing.

All advertisements are subject to review before being published.
HerKey may request edits, clarifications, or supporting documentation to ensure compliance. Approval of an ad does not guarantee continued placement. Ads may be paused or removed at any time if they are later found to violate these Terms or applicable policies.
5. Ad Materials & Timelines
Advertisers are responsible for sharing all creatives, copy, links, and assets in the required format and within agreed timelines.
Delays or errors in submissions may impact campaign delivery.
6. Pricing, Billing & Payment
Advertising fees will follow the agreed insertion order or commercial agreement.

HerKey may update pricing or inventory availability from time to time. There may be countries that restrict or prohibit your ability to make payments through the Platform or NEFT. Nothing in these Advertising Terms should be read to override or circumvent any such foreign laws.
Without limitation of the above rules, if you believe that a problematic transaction has taken place under your account, you agree to notify us immediately, so that we may take action to prevent financial loss.
7. Campaign Performance & Reporting
We share performance metrics such as impressions, clicks, or views based on HerKey's internal tracking systems.
While these metrics offer useful insights, we don't guarantee conversions, leads, hires, or specific business outcomes unless explicitly agreed.
Any reporting-related concerns should be raised within 7 business days.
8. No Guarantee of Results
Advertising performance can vary. While we work to optimize placements and deliver meaningful visibility, results such as applications, leads, or hires are not guaranteed.
9. Cancellation & Suspension
Cancellation terms will follow the insertion order or commercial agreement.
HerKey may pause or stop ads if there is a policy violation, non-payment, or misleading or unethical advertising activity.
10. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of your ad content.
By advertising with HerKey, you allow us to use your submitted materials solely for running and promoting the campaign. All HerKey platform assets, layouts, and data remain our property.
11. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep any non-public commercial, pricing, or strategic information confidential.
12. Limitation of Liability
HerKey is not responsible for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of revenue or business opportunities.
Any liability will be limited to the amount paid for the specific campaign.
13. Indemnification
Advertisers agree to protect and indemnify HerKey against claims or losses arising from ad content, advertised products or services, or breaches of these Terms.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, will have exclusive jurisdiction.
15. Updates
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued advertising on HerKey means you accept the updated Terms.
