<html><body><div class="section page-centered" data-qa="job-description"> <div>Job Description</div> <div><b> </b></div> <div><b>Responsibilities:</b></div> <div>Support the ongoing design, configuration, and maintenance of multiple HCM functional areas such as recruiting, benefits, compensation, absence management, time tracking, payroll, talent, or performance management modules.</div> <div>Configure security and assign roles as needed and approved.</div> <div>Gather requirements from subject matter experts and translate business needs into functional and technical solutions.</div> <div>Identify opportunities for automation via Workday custom reporting and other technical solutions</div> <div>Lead discussions and testing of new functionality related to system upgrades and releases.</div> <div>Ensure data integrity through regular data validations and audits.</div> <div>Create and maintain documentation of business processes.</div> <div>Contribute to the overall HR team effort in delivering high-quality service and projects.</div> <div>Make recommendations to improve processes and efficiency.</div> <div>Assist with coordination of and/or lead efforts for a wide variety of ongoing or annual HR projects.</div> <div><b> </b></div> <div><b>Required Experience and Skills:</b></div> <div>2+ years of designing, configuring, and supporting multiple <b>Workday</b> functional areas.</div> <div>Demonstrated ability to effectively balance and complete multiple projects and deliverables within expected timeframes and deadlines.</div> <div>Demonstrated ability to interact in a professional manner with internal and external stakeholders, use tact and diplomacy, maintain confidentiality, and appropriately handle and communicate controversial or sensitive information</div> <div>Demonstrated ability to organize and prioritize tasks and adjust to changes in priorities and situations to meet deadlines.</div> <div>Demonstrated ability to evaluate, analyze, and summarize data and facts, establish logical connections, and form sound decisions based on analysis.</div> <div><b> </b></div> <div><b>Preferred Experience and Skills</b></div> <div>Advanced understanding and experience with security administration and integrations.</div> <div>Experience configuring Workday for a global company</div> <div>Experience building dashboards, creating advanced, matrix, and composite reports</div> <div>Bachelor’s (or Master’s) degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields.</div> </div></body></html>
