Key Accountability:
•	Closely working with all BSBU head to help them achieve their monthly target of top line as well as bottom line.
•	Help all the Divisional head, Vertical head and BSBU head to understand properly monthly profitability, product mix and its implication, various kind of cost and fund invested in working capital ( stock and receivable) so as to facilitate them to maximize bottom line. 
•	To ensure, with the help of supply chain and production deptt., availability of  required products and its quantities at point of sales ( CFA)  in timely fashion so as to avoid any loss of sale.
•	To exercise control over NPA, overdue debtors, cheque bouncing and legal & disputed cases with the help of business team. Continuous review and follow up.
•	To review and help business team in achieving their objective
•	Cash flow management to ensure timely payment of expenses and creditors. To control overdue within 7 days’ time period.
•	To steer the cost saving initiative across all the function and business.
•	To ensure efficient and cost effective management of distribution across all location.             
•	To establish and foster good relationship with banking and other financial institution. Ensure that required short term and long term funds are available in time and at cheaper rate.
•	To ensure that annual budget are properly discussed with all stakeholders in details and agreed upon budget are finalized  in a time bound fashion which also achieve management objective in term of top line, bottom line and other efficiencies in cost / productivity.
•	To ensure that quarterly and annual accounts are finalized in time and presented to BOD.
•	To ensure all kind of compliances.
•	To coordinate with  internal audit function which in turn should add value to organization.
•	Any other actions and responsibilities as agreed with Management
