Our three GCCs are located in India, Poland and Mexico.The GCCs will enhance our operational efficiency, resilience and innovation potential, enabling a timely response to changing business demands.Our GCCs are an integral part of Astellas, guided by our shared values and behaviors, and are critical enablers of the company’s strategic priorities, sustainable growth, and commitment to turn innovative science into VALUE for patients.Responsibilities and Accountabilities:• Participate in smaller focused mission teams to deliver value driven solutions aligned to our global and bold move priority initiatives and beyond.• Design develop and implement robust and scalable full stack applications using modern technologies.• Collaborate with cross functional teams and practises across the organisation to understand user needs and translate them into technical solutions.• Provide L1.5 & L2 (incident and service request) and L3 (Development) support to internal users, troubleshooting complex issues and ensuring system uptime as soon as possible.• Handle data maintenance requests across in both Veeva Network and Veeva CRM such as record merges, and researching data quality issues as reported by end users.• Champion continuous improvement initiatives identifying opportunities to optimise performance security and maintainability of existing data and platform architecture and other technology investments.• Participate in the continuous delivery pipeline Adhering to DevOps best practises for version control automation and deployment. Ensuring effective management of the Value Team backlog.• Stay up to date on the latest trends and technologies in full-stack-development on Veeva and Salesforce cloud platforms.Location(s)Bengaluru, IndiaRequirementsRequired Qualifications:• Veeva Network Certified Administrator• Minimum 3 years of experience configuring and supporting Veeva Network, customer master data management domain, at a life science company.• Experienced in configuring and supporting the integration between Veeva Network and Veeva CRM.• Experienced in building Veeva Network reports and dashboards.• Experienced in Salesforce SOQL queries and using Salesforce various administration tools such as Workbench to diagnose data related issues across Veeva Network and Veeva CRM.• Subject Matter Expertise: Possess a strong understanding of Life Sciences/ Pharma industry across Commercial, Manufacturing and Medical domains.• Cross-Cultural Experience: Work experience across multiple cultures and regions, facilitating effective collaboration in diverse environments.• Innovation and Creativity: Ability to think innovatively and propose creative solutions to complex technical challenges.Preferred Qualifications:• Any of the below additional qualifications will be regarded as a plus:• Veeva CRM Certified Administrator• Experience in the use of the Veeva Network RESTful APIs• Experience in Veeva Network Product Master Data Management domain.• Other complex and highly regulated industry experience will be considered across diverse areas like Finance and Medical.• Analytical Thinking: Demonstrated ability to lead ad hoc analyses, identify performance gaps, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.• Agile Champion: Adherence to DevOps principles and a proven track record with CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery.
