The overall objective of this role is to contribute to applications systems analysis and programming activities.</p><p/><p/><p><b>Job Summary</b></p><p/><p>We are seeking a highly skilled and passionate 4+ years UX Designer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing responsive, and user-friendly web applications. This role requires a strong understanding of UI designing, a commitment to best practices, and the ability to collaborate effectively within an agile development environment.</p><p/><p/><p><b>Key Responsibilities</b></p><p/><p>1. Proficient in various qualitative and quantitative research methods (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, A/B testing, data analysis) to uncover user needs and validate design solutions.</p><p>2. Strong ability to structure content logically, create intuitive navigation, and design effective interactions that guide users through complex workflows.</p><p>3. Expert-level proficiency with design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) to create detailed wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.</p><p>4. A keen eye for aesthetics, typography, color theory, and layout, coupled with a deep understanding of modern UI patterns and principles.</p><p>5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams and present design concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.</p><p/><p><b>Required Skills and Qualification</b></p><p/><p>1. Minimum of 4+ years of professional experience in UX Design, Product Design, Interaction Design, or a similar role within a fast-paced environment.</p><p>2. Experience with responsive web design and good to have mobile-first design principles across various platforms (web, iOS, Android).</p><p>3. Familiarity with front-end development technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and an understanding of their impact on design implementation is highly desirable.</p><p>4. Experience working with design systems and contributing to their evolution.</p><p>5. Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and user feedback to inform design decisions.</p><p>6.
