You explore many different approaches to solving a specific user problem.</li> <li>End to end UX design of projects that focus on a user-centered design approach</li> <li>Define user interaction models for new and existing products</li> <li>Create user focused concepts and interactive solutions for a variety of scenarios that address both primary user goals as well as business goals</li> <li>Refinement, maintenance, and enforcement of our current design guidelines and strategies</li> <li>Work with other UI/UX team members and project contributors to ensure the consistency and quality of the product</li> <li>Develop detailed site maps, user flows, wireframes, mockups and other product deliverables to effectively communicate UX designs and product requirements to create world-class interactive experiences</li> <li>Communicate UX design solutions to multiple development teams through detailed specifications</li> <li>Collaborate with peers and leaders to maintain product continuity and effective user experience to align with priorities and creative direction</li> <li>Adeptly handle changing priorities throughout a product life cycle</li> </ul> <p>The ideal candidate should have the following skill set</p> <ul> <li>6 years of professional experience creating design solutions for large-scale projects as an interaction designer or user experience designer</li> <li>Demonstrated knowledge of information architecture, interaction flow, user interface and visual design</li> <li>The expert skill level in the standard tools of the design trade such as Figma,  Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, XD</li> <li>A solid understanding of web and mobile design principles and best use of current web and mobile technologies and scalable dynamic user interfaces</li> <li>Familiarity with usability heuristics, relevant HCI literature, and best practice user experiences.</li> <li>Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills and ability to analytically defend your design decisions</li> <li>Experience of Bootstrap<strong> </strong>and other famous GS systems available out there</li> <li>Experience designing within an agile environment</li> <li>Knowledge of CSS Preprocessors like Sass and LESS</li> <li>Knowledge of usability and accessibility best practices</li> <li>Strong organization and time management skills</li> <li>Solid writing and visual communication skills</li> <li>Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively</li> <li>Clear and effective written and verbal communication and strong interpersonal skills</li> <li>Passion, Integrity, and Energy</li> </ul> <p>Core Skills:</p> <ul> <li>Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, Invision</li> <li>User-Centered Design</li> <li>Typography</li> <li>UX Interaction Design</li> <li>Good communication skills </li> <li>Usability testing</li> <li>User research</li> <li>Creating IA</li> <li>Creating Persona</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>PERFORMANCE APPRAISAL CRITERIA</strong>:</p> <p>Eurofins has a strong focus on Performance Management system. This includes quarterly calibrations, half-yearly reviews and annual reviews. The KPIs shall be set and may vary slightly between projects.
