<html><body>Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and experienced AI Engineer to develop and implement Artificial Intelligence (AI) agents across our MIS reporting lifecycle. This role involves hands-on development and technical contribution to transforming our reporting capabilities, leveraging advanced AI and machine learning techniques to automate, optimize, and enhance every stage from requirement understanding to dashboard deployment. The successful candidate will be instrumental in building robust, scalable, and intelligent reporting solutions for Citi's USPB Business.Key ResponsibilitiesAI Agent Development & Implementation:<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement AI agents capable of understanding reporting requirements, sourcing data, performing analysis, generating reports, and creating dashboards.</li><li>Select and integrate appropriate AI/ML models, algorithms, and frameworks (e.g., Natural Language Processing for requirement understanding, machine learning for data anomaly detection, generative AI for report generation).</li><li>Develop robust data pipelines and integration strategies for various internal and external data sources.</li></ul>Reporting Lifecycle Automation:<ul><li>Implement AI-driven solutions for automated data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.</li><li>Automate report generation, dynamic dashboard creation, and data visualization using AI agents.</li><li>Ensure agents can adapt to evolving reporting requirements and data structures.</li></ul>Deployment & Operations (MLOps Support):<ul><li>Support the deployment, monitoring, and maintenance of AI agents in production environments.</li><li>Ensure the scalability, reliability, security, and performance of deployed AI solutions.</li><li>Contribute to continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for AI agent development.</li></ul>Technical Collaboration & Contribution:<ul><li>Collaborate closely with business analysts, data engineers, data scientists, and reporting specialists to translate business needs into technical solutions.</li><li>Actively participate in technical design discussions and code reviews.</li><li>Stay abreast of emerging AI technologies, machine learning advancements, and industry best practices.</li></ul>Quality Assurance & Best Practices:<ul><li>Adhere to best practices for AI agent development, including code quality, documentation, testing, and version control.</li><li>Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal governance standards for AI/ML solutions in the financial sector.</li></ul>Required Skills & ExperienceEducation: Master's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related quantitative field.Experience:<ul><li>10+ years of progressive experience in software development, data science, or AI/ML engineering roles.</li><li>5+ years of experience specifically in designing, developing, and deploying AI/ML solutions in a production environment.</li><li>Proven experience leading technical teams and projects, with a strong track record of successful AI/ML project delivery.</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in the full lifecycle of reporting, from requirements gathering to dashboard deployment, preferably within financial services.</li></ul>Technical Expertise:<ul><li>Proficiency in Python for data automation, API integration, and orchestration of AI agent workflows.</li><li>Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or Semantic Kernel for building intelligent agent pipelines</li><li>Strong SQL and data engineering skills — ability to query, transform, and validate data across platforms like Teradata, Big Data, and SQL Server</li><li>Familiarity with Generative AI / LLM APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Azure OpenAI) including prompt design, function calling, and output evaluation</li><li>Experience in RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and vector database integration (e.g., ChromaDB, Pinecone, FAISS) for knowledge retrieval.</li><li>Automation and orchestration expertise using Python scripts, APIs, RPA, or workflow tools to execute end-to-end MIS reporting tasks</li><li>Knowledge of visualization/reporting tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Excel automation frameworks.</li><li>Experience with cloud and container technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure, Docker) for deploying and scaling AI agent solutions.</li><li>Version control and collaboration tools (e.g., GitHub, GitLab, GitHub Copilot) for developing, testing, and maintaining agentic solutions.</li></ul>Domain Knowledge:<ul><li>Deep understanding of MIS reporting processes, financial data, and banking operations.</li><li>Experience working in a highly regulated industry, preferably financial services.</li></ul>Soft Skills:<ul><li>Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities.</li><li>Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced
