Present insights and recommendations to the team and</div> <div>leadership as appropriate.</div> <div>Process Improvement: Proactively identify, lead, and implement process</div> <div>improvement initiatives in collaboration with cross-functional teams, driving</div> <div>greater operational efficiency, scalability, and service quality in transportation</div> <div>functions.</div> <div>Qualifications:</div> <div>Education & Experience:</div> <div>Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, or a</div> <div>related field.</div> <div>3+ years of hands-on industry experience in transportation or</div> <div>logistics—specifically with freight invoice auditing, shipment management,</div> <div>and outbound operations.</div> <div>Experience using Transportation Management Systems (TMS) and</div> <div>experience managing shipments with large carriers (Amazon experience</div> <div>preferred).</div> <div>Demonstrated history of leading or significantly contributing to process</div> <div>improvement efforts.</div> <div> </div> <div>Key Skills:</div> <div>Advanced proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets; experience with</div> <div>analytics, reporting platforms, or databases is strongly preferred.</div> <div>Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills with a</div> <div>strong attention to detail.</div> <div>Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective work with</div> <div>internal teams, external partners, and carriers.</div> <div>Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt quickly in a dynamic</div> <div>environment.</div> <div>Initiative and independence in driving projects and improvements, as well</div> <div>as the ability to mentor or support junior staff when needed.</div> <div> </div> </div></body></html>
