Enter LR details for dispatches made directly to clients or parties.

Verify correctness of information and ensure documentation is complete.

Dispatch Pending Follow-up:

Track pending dispatches and send follow-up emails to concerned departments.

Respond to dispatch-related queries and ensure timely communication.

Returned Goods Handling:

Physically inspect returned goods for quality and condition.

Prepare and process Goods Return Note (GRN) accurately.

Coordinate with relevant departments for further action.

Records Filing & Documentation:

Maintain systematic filing of all warehouse and dispatch records.

Ensure easy retrieval of documents during audits or internal checks.
