You’ll Do: The Technical Program Manager will work with globally distributed cross-functional teams of Product Management, Software, QA, Sales, Marketing, and others to plan, execute, and launch new SonicWall software products. You are responsible for managing the product lifecycle from concept to market launch while maintaining program schedules, budget, scope, and quality. This position reports to the Director Program Management and is located in Bangalore, India. Who You Are:You are an authority in the development of cybersecurity software. You are a leader who steers a cross functional team to achieve a common set of goals. You possess: <ul><li>Strong program management skills in the definition, planning, execution, and launch of new cybersecurity products.</li><li>Deep experience leading cross-functional teams across multiple time zones to achieve results by identifying and aligning to shared goals and priorities. Able to hold peers, partners, and yourself accountable.</li><li>Skill in coordinating the work of multiple projects and development teams, successfully managing interdependencies between teams, to successfully deliver coordinated software releases.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills, conflict resolution skills, and the ability to build relationships and partnerships with people of all levels and functions across the company to achieve common goals. </li><li>Presentation skills with the ability to clearly communicate program status to multiple levels within the company, including senior leadership.</li><li>Expertise in working with both Agile and Waterfall software development methodologies</li><li>Strong analytical skills and ability to lead teams to solve complex technical and business problems.</li><li>Involvement with third party contracts and management of outsourced activities / deliveries to meet project timelines.</li><li>The ability to influence key partners, senior leaders, and external partners.</li><li>Experience establishing repeatable processes to optimize the delivery of future products.</li><li>The desire to drive continuous improvement and lead change within a product development organization.</li></ul>What You Bring: <ul><li>8+ years minimum experience in technical product development.</li><li>4+ years of Project and Program Management experience with complex software programs spanning multiple development teams.</li><li>Experience leading the development of SaaS / Cloud software products.</li><li>Proficiency with project management and product development tools such as JIRA, Confluence, Agile PLM, and MS Project / Smartsheets.</li><li>BA/BS degree in a technical discipline or equivalent practical experience.</li></ul>You have an advantage if you possess: <ul><li>Cyber security Background</li><li>PMP Certification</li></ul>#LI-Hybrid#LI-NR5 </div><div>SonicWall is an equal opportunity employer.  We are committed to creating a diverse environment and are an equal opportunity employer.
