Key Responsibilities<ul type="disc"><li>Create and maintain product documentationincluding:<ul type="circle"><li>User guides and knowledge base articles</li><li>Product feature documentation</li><li>Release notes and “What’s New” updates</li><li>Product tours and walkthroughs</li></ul></li><li>Develop “How-to” videos, tutorials, and quick-start demos that simplify product usage.</li><li>Work with product and marketing teams to ensure consistency in voice, tone, and accuracy across all content.</li><li>Continuously improve documentation based on feedback from internal teams and customers.</li><li>Quickly learn new tools, products, and technologies to translate technical information into accessible content.</li></ul> Must-Have Skills<ul type="disc"><li>2–3 years of experience as a Technical Writer, Content Specialist, or similar role in a SaaS or tech start-up environment.</li><li>Proven ability to create user guides, release notes, and video tutorials.</li><li>Good understanding of documentation tools is a plus (such as Readme, Intercom).</li><li>Experience with video creation tools (such as Loom).</li><li>Excellent command of written English with a focus on clarity, consistency, and accuracy.</li><li>Fast learner with a strong willingness to explore and adopt new tools and workflows.</li><li>High attention to detail and a mindset for precision and quality.</li></ul> Nice-to-Have Skills<ul type="disc"><li>Basic understanding of UI/UX principles and SaaS product workflows.</li><li>Familiarity with HTML, Markdown, or other documentation formats.</li><li>Experience using AI-assisted writing or video tools.</li><li>Knowledge of content analytics or documentation feedback loops.</li></ul>About the Role We are looking for a Technical Content Writer with a passion for creating clear, engaging, and user-focused content for SaaS products.
