The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for:<ul><li>Sourcing of candidates based on the required skill through various job sites like Naukri, LinkedIn and other sources such as headhunting, reference, professional networking sites, company database etc.</li><li>Pre screen candidates , evaluating candidate’s compatibility with specific job requirement, ensuring right fit prior to submission to client. Track candidate’s activities.</li><li>Scheduling interviews with short listed candidates. Follow-ups with candidates / clients for status.</li><li>Handling of complete recruitment cycle starting from screening to closure.</li><li>Engage with clients and understand job description. Interact with search team and identify relevant candidate pool to fulfil assigned mandates..</li><li>Develop a good understanding of the client companies and their work culture.</li><li>Focus on closing positions by aligning all aspects of the mandate, from search to compensation negotiations.</li><li>Develop a pool of qualified candidates by anticipating client needs through market mapping, headhunting etc.</li><li>Advise clients and candidates throughout the hiring process.</li><li>Offer advice and counsel the candidate on career progression, compensation and role.</li><li>Edit and reformat the resume as necessary, adding relevant keywords including candidate match with the clients.</li><li>A thorough professional with a proactive attitude, capable of thinking in & out of the box.</li></ul>Candidates from Bengaluru only apply and with prior recruitment experience onlyCompensation: 10000 to 14000 per month + attractive incentives
