<html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> <p><strong>Roles & Responsibilities :</strong><br/> <br/> As a Senior Systems Engineer, you will work on cross-functional teams within Customer Product team developing safe, high performing, reliable, and cost effective energy storage products.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <p>ork as a lead systems engineer on multi-disciplinary teams of engineers to design and deliver MW-scale energy storage products</p> <p>ollaborate with product management team to define and prioritize product features and high level product technical requirements</p> <p>evelop detailed system-level and subsystem hardware and software requirements, making use of common industry requirements management tools</p> <p>rovide technical leadership in a collaborative process with product managers to determine allowable product configurations and product roadmap</p> <p>onduct product safety assessments, failure mode analyses, risk assessments, and hazard assessments (<a href="i.e.">i.e.</a> DFMEA, FMEA, HARA)</p> <p>ead design trade-off studies to optimize between design flexibility, capital cost, operating cost, functionality performance, maintainability, and continuity with existing customer products</p> <p>ncorporate lessons learned from previous product deployments and testing into product requirements</p> <p>evelop product design documents, customer documentation, and user manuals</p> <p>reate interface control documents and boundary diagrams</p> <p>evelop product verification plans and system level test cases and coordinate with customer lab team to determine full scale system testing strategy</p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p><strong><u>Educational qualification:</u></strong></p> <p>•Bachelors' or Masters’ degree in Electrical Engineering, Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or similar</p> <p><strong><u>Experience :</u></strong></p> <p>8-10 years industry experience, with background in renewable energy systems, power conversion, energy storage, PV, power systems control, or similar field</p> <p><strong><u>Mandatory/requires Skills :</u></strong><br/> Passion for energy storage, product development, and collaborative engineering</p> <p>•Track record of taking ownership over complex technical challenges and leading others from problem identification to solution</p> <p>•Technical knowledge in broad area of engineering disciplines (Electrical, Mechanical, Controls Systems, Safety, Test/Validation)</p> <p>•Experience developing products to meet safety standards. Familiarity with energy storage standards (<a href="i.e.">i.e.</a> UL9540, IEC62933) is a plus</p> <p>•Experience developing large scale battery energy storage products is a plus</p> <p>•Strong problem-solving skills</p> <p>•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written</p> <p>•Willingness to travel</p> <p> </p> </div></section></body></html>
