It performs several crucial functions that support senior management in formulating and driving delivery against DB’s strategic objectives (Financial Planning & Analysis functions, including setting financial targets and developing a Group plan, financial performance updates and projections to the Management Board (MB), monthly performance management meetings, balanced scorecards to name a few).
