<html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> Roles & Responsibilities : Successful execution of MDM projects by ensuring migration of Master Data on time and ensuring the overall integrity and effectiveness of MDM processes. <ol> <li>You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that solution designs align with project requirements.</li> <li>Design and Architectural concepts of master data system built on STIBO Step</li> <li>In depth knowledge of configuration in STIBO Step</li> <li>Articulate the advantages of technical decision to stakeholders of various background</li> <li>Collaborate with Project Managers, MDM Leads regarding scope, tasks, timeline and resource planning</li> <li>Lead the STIBO STEP MDM platform readiness for Master Data migration</li> <li>Review system up requirements and plan the work packages for the team</li> <li>Follow the defined Roll Out checklist to plan and execute project activities</li> <li>Ensure required customization, Interfaces set Up, LoV and mappings</li> <li>Conduct quality reviews of the activities performed by the team</li> <li>Align with Master Data business Leads to understand the business process and guide team with the required inputs</li> <li>Review project wise migration status with MDM Leads and take corrective actions</li> <li>Ensure defined transport procedure is followed by the team.</li> <li>Conduct weekly and monthly meeting with team to document lessons learnt and knowledge database</li> <li>Prepare and present weekly and Monthly status report for stakeholders</li> <li>Identify the redundant and repetitive tasks to automate</li> <li>Collaborate with Master Data Architects on the technical challenges and improvements</li> <li>Understand the impact on Roll Out teams post new system release and technical upgrade</li> <li>Oversee team operations and recommend solutions to improve efficiency</li> <li>Handle complex and complicated ITR’s to provide on time solution</li> <li>Validate the design and implementation of the new features overlapping with Roll Out teams</li> <li>Conduct internal, partner, and customer training to ensure proficiency in MDM solutions and implementations</li> <li>Design and plan testing for impact assessment of solution functionality, ensuring robust performance and quality</li> <li>Conduct and participate in Solution Reviews to ensure design and implementation are in line with best practices and client expectations</li> <li>Conduct architectural analysis and evaluation of business processes, ensuring proper design and alignment with business goals</li> </ol> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> Educational qualification: MBA/BE/MCA/Other Bachelor / Master Degree Experience : <ul> <li>8+ years of experience in STIBO STEP – MDM Solutions.</li> <li>Strong knowledge on MDM solutions (CMDM, SMDM, Multi-domain MDM) in STIBO STEP</li> </ul> <ul><li>Interact with customers to capture and understand requirement, and architect technical design, solution, and implement as a Lead technical architect</li></ul> <ul><li>Provide direction and resolve issues in complex technical topics in the project</li></ul> <ul><li>Fine tune solution Approach and provide technical assistance to team</li></ul> <ul><li>Good oral and written communication is a must.</li></ul> Mandatory/requires Skills : - STEP Data Modeling o Attributes o Attribute groups o Data Containers o References - Web UI Configurations o Search Screens o Sub Screens o Pop-ups - Integration Endpoints o Outbound integration Endpoints – using SOAP, REST & IDOC o Inbound integration Endpoints - using SOAP, REST & IDOC o Gateway integration Endpoints - using SOAP, REST & IDOC - STEP Global Business rules – Java Script / Rhino Scripting o Business rules o Business actions o Business conditions - STEP Workflow configuration - Excellent presentation and communication skills and a very good ability to interact with and command the respect of customers - Exposure to the processes of manufacturing / automotive sector Preferred Skills : - System Set-up - User Group & Privilege Setup - Packaging hierarchies & Change Packaging - Bulk data update - Export & Import configurations - XSL Transformations - STEP XML creations - Golden Records – Matching & Linking - Various STEP implementation techniques - STEP API & Extension API </div></section></body></html>
