With a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation, the Analytics Team is dedicated to delivering scalable, reliable, and high-performance solutions that meet the evolving data needs of the organization.</p> <p><strong>What you get to do in this role:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build high-quality, clean, scalable and reusable code by enforcing best practices around software engineering architecture and processes (Code Reviews, Unit testing, etc.)</li> <li>Work with the product owners to understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality product to our users.</li> <li>Implement software that is simple to use to allow customers to extend and customize the functionality to meet their specific needs</li> <li>Contribute to the design and implementation of new products and features while also enhancing the existing product suite</li> <li>Be a mentor for colleagues and help promote knowledge-sharing</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p><strong>To be successful in this role you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. This may include using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact on the function or industry.</li> <li>Experience in using Al productivity tools such as Cursor, Windsurf, etc. is a plus or nice to have</li> <li> <strong>8 to 12 years</strong> of proven track record in building <strong>data pipelines, Analytical content including metrics</strong> , KPIs and Dashboards</li> <li>Data modeling and knowledge of ERP/CRM systems such as <strong>SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, Workda</strong> </li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>ETL/ELT processes</strong>, <strong>data modeling</strong>, and orchestration frameworks (e.g., Apache Airflow, Apache Spark, Kafka, MuleSoft).</li> <li>Understanding of <strong>analytics tools</strong> and data visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI) and how they integrate into workflow solutions.</li> <li>Hands-on software development experience, with deep expertise in <strong>Java, Python</strong> and modern enterprise application design is a plus or nice to have skills. </li> <li>Experience working with <strong>ServiceNow</strong> or similar workflow platforms (preferred). </li> <li> <strong>Cloud-native architectures</strong>, containerized applications, and CI/CD practices is a plus.</li> <li>Excellent communication, collaboration, and technical skills.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>  </p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p><strong>Work Personas</strong></p> <p>We approach our distributed world of work with flexibility and trust.
