<html><body>Job Description Senior Medical Science Liaison (Oncology) Job Role Act as a scientific ambassador for our oncology portfolio, bridging cutting-edge research with clinical data gaps. The Senior MSL engages with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), provides non-promotional scientific exchange, and supports medical strategy execution to improve patient outcomes. Primary Responsibilities Scientific Exchange & KOL Engagement <ul><li>Identify, develop, and maintain peer-to-peer relationships with KOLs and healthcare professionals in oncology.</li><li>Deliver balanced, evidence-based scientific information on our companies' oncology products and disease areas.</li><li>Facilitate advisory boards, CMEs, and scientific roundtables.</li></ul> Medical Strategy & Insight Generation <ul><li>Implement country-level medical affairs plans aligned with global strategy.</li><li>Gather and synthesize actionable insights from the field to inform clinical development and lifecycle management.</li><li>Support real-world evidence generation.</li></ul> Launch & Education Support <ul><li>Drive scientific support for new product launches in oncology.</li><li>Train internal teams (sales, marketing) on disease state and product science.</li><li>Develop educational content for HCPs and internal stakeholders.</li></ul> Cross-Functional Collaboration <ul><li>Work closely with Clinical Development, Regulatory, Market Access, and Commercial teams.</li><li>Contribute to strategic planning and execution of oncology initiatives.</li></ul> Compliance & Reporting <ul><li>Ensure all activities comply with our SOPs, ICH-GCP, and local regulatory guidelines.</li><li>Accurately report adverse events and product complaints.</li></ul> Qualifications <ul><li>Advanced degree in Life Sciences (MBBS, MD, PhD or equivalent qualifications).</li><li>2+ years experience in Medical Affairs or as an MSL in oncology.</li><li>Strong knowledge of oncology, hematology and biomarkers</li><li>Excellent communication and scientific presentation skills.</li><li>Ability to interpret and discuss clinical trial data confidently.</li></ul> Skills & Competencies <ul><li>Strategic thinking and executional agility.</li><li>Proven relationship-building with senior clinicians and thought leaders in North India Region</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools.</li><li>Understanding of Indian healthcare system and oncology treatment landscape.</li></ul>We are a research-driven biopharmaceutical company.
