In 2024, Rentokil PCI strengthened its market leadership by acquiring HiCare, expanding its services and footprint further.For more details: <a href="https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com/" rel="nofollow noreferrer noopener" class="external">https://www.rentokil-pestcontrolindia.com</a>About the Role:<ul><li>The L&D Specialist will be responsible for supporting the L&D function, primarily focused, but not limited to, preparation, delivery and assessment of training and development programs for specific areas of knowledge or on-the-job capabilities needed for certain positions or groups.</li><li>The incumbent will report to Manager-L&D and will be responsible for consulting and collaborating with internal clients/ stakeholders across the business on all levels, to support them through the development of new training solutions and deployment of existing solutions, to continually move the business and people forward.</li></ul> Job Responsibilities:<ul><li>Working as a key member of the L&D Team to build, deploy, and track the impact of learning solutions;</li><li>End-to-end ownership of training programs/projects, including coordination and communication of the same;</li><li>Working with diverse stakeholders to support with identification, development and implementation of effective learning initiatives;</li><li>Designing and implementation of learning solutions that are aligned with the organisation’s objectives, through different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, online training sessions, classroom facilitation, coaching, etc.;</li><li>Conducting post-workshop engagement activities/initiatives with participants to support implementation of learning from the workshops and track impact of the same;</li><li>Supporting sales capability building of the Sales function in branches through various development initiatives </li><li>Content development/development of blended learning solutions for all levels of employees </li></ul> Key Result Areas:<ul><li>Facilitation and follow up of various workshops for different levels and functions</li><li>On-time closure of development of training modules</li><li>On-time planning and execution of Training programs</li><li>On-time submission of training data/reports </li></ul> Competencies (Skills essential to the role):<ul><li>Strong facilitation skills; 3+ years of experience, in developing and facilitation of capability building programs, soft skills development programs, customer service training, process training, etc. </li><li>Experience in content development/ development of blended learning solutions for all levels of employees;</li><li>Planning and executing small- and large-scale cross-functional training programs;</li><li>Proficiency in MS Office applications;</li><li>Strong communication skills (verbal and written), with proficiency in English;</li><li>Ability to interact with a range of personalities and styles, to establish effective relationships at all levels of the organisation;</li><li>Ability to work independently and collaboratively, in a dynamic environment, while focusing on meeting the objectives of respective project.</li></ul></body></html>
