Our relationships with Indian suppliers, combined with our world-class local facilities and global reach, continue to shape India’s aerospace ecosystem.<h1> Job Description </h1> Roles and Responsibilities<ul><li>Lead a small team of employees focused across the digital operations space to include infrastructure, end user support, network, etc.</li><li>Drive improvements for options and content of self-help.</li><li>Identify innovations to improve support for end users.</li><li>Identify recurring issues and highlight to service owner; help find opportunities to reduce end user issues.</li><li>Identify opportunities to send tickets to the appropriate queue at creation.</li><li>Work globally to ensure consistency and acceptance for their respective region.</li><li>Collaborate with other teams to improve support tools.</li><li>Participate in budgeting process and manage IT Infrastructure related projects and investments.</li><li>Identify and respond to professional growth needs for all team members and ensure they have the proper training to execute team deliverables.</li><li>Foster a work culture at all levels that is positive, collaborative, respectful, innovative, dynamic, with high integrity, and capable of driving positive change over sustained periods of time.</li><li>  Knowledge of network architecture, servers, storage systems, and virtualization technologies.</li><li>Proficiency in security protocols, threat detection, risk management, and compliance standards to protect digital assets.</li><li>Experience with cloud platforms (such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), cloud architecture, and cloud services management.</li><li>Familiarity with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other enterprise applications.</li><li>Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues, provide support, and ensure system reliability and performance.</li><li>Ability to plan, execute, and oversee projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Familiarity with methodologies like Agile and Scrum can be beneficial.</li><li>Strong leadership skills to manage and motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and foster a collaborative work environment.</li><li>Capability to develop and implement strategic plans that align with the organization's goals and objectives.</li><li>Understanding of risk assessment and mitigation strategies to ensure the security and reliability of digital operations.</li><li>Ability to understand and meet the needs of internal and external customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.</li><li>Commitment to ongoing learning and improvement, staying updated with the latest technology trends and best practices.</li></ul>   The Ideal Candidate: Strong candidate who can efficiently manage digital operations for large manufacturing organization ,foster innovation, and play a key role in the organization's overall success. Education Qualification:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ IT / Electronic & Communication ( Technology, Engineering ) with advanced experience with minimum years of experience 6+ years.
