You will: <ul> <li>Manage Highspot to ensure content is organized and accessible.</li> <li>Develop and maintain enablement materials such as playbooks, training videos, and presentations.</li> <li>Facilitate onboarding and training programs for smooth knowledge transfer.</li> <li>Collaborate with marketing and product teams to align content with sales strategies.</li> <li>Monitor engagement and effectiveness, using data to drive improvements.</li> <li>Coordinate large-scale initiatives like sales kickoffs and product launch training.</li> <li>Support internal communication and maintain an up-to-date content repository.</li> <li>Stay informed on industry trends and best practices in sales enablement.</li> </ul> <h2>Who are you?</h2>  <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).</li> <li>5+ years of experience in sales enablement, content creation, or related roles.</li> <li>Proficiency in tools like Highspot, Synthesia, Camtasia, and Canva.</li> <li>Strong organizational, communication, and project management skills.</li> <li>Ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.</li> </ul> Preferred Skills:<ul> <li>Experience with instructional design and eLearning development.</li> <li>Familiarity with content creation tools (PowerPoint, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite).</li> <li>Video editing experience (Camtasia, Synthesia).</li> </ul> What Do We Offer?Join a forward-thinking team that drives impactful sales enablement initiatives.
