Consolidate and translate business requirements into scalable reporting and analytics solutions that drive field effectiveness and strategic decision-making. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Dashboard Design & Development: Design, build, and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, Power BI, or similar BI tools for field teams and senior leadership. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Data Integration & Automation: Develop backend logic, data transformations, supporting data models, and data refresh automation to ensure seamless and timely reporting. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>KPI Definition & Governance: Collaborate with US business stakeholders and extended analytics teams to define KPIs, reporting standards, and user experience journeys. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Data Quality & Performance: Ensure data accuracy, completeness, and usability while optimizing dashboard and data pipeline performance. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Analytics Visualization: Translate complex datasets and analytical findings into clear, intuitive, and actionable visualizations tailored to diverse audiences. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with internal teams such as Data Management and Data Strategy, Incentive Compensation, Field Ops, Commercial Analytics, and IT. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Training & Support: Create user training, documentation, and ongoing support to ensure effective adoption and continuous improvement of reporting tools and processes </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Process Optimization & Operations Management: </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Lead initiatives to streamline user access management, ensure secure, compliant, and efficient provisioning and deprovisioning of reporting access. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Design and implement simplified error resolution pathways with both short-term fixes and long-term process improvements, reducing system downtime and enhancing user satisfaction. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Define, monitor, and continuously improve operational processes, SLAs, and support workflows to ensure timely resolution of user issues and consistent reporting delivery. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and performance tuning within reporting systems and data pipelines. </li></ul></div></div><div><div>Basic Qualifications: </div><div>Doctorate degree </div><div>Or </div><div>Master's degree and 2 years of sales & marketing operations, and/or analytics experience </div><div>Or </div><div>Bachelor's degree and 4 years of sales & marketing operations and/or analytics experience </div><div>Or </div><div>Associate's degree and 10 years of sales & marketing operations, and/or analytics experience </div><div>Or </div><div>High school diploma/GED and 12 years of sales & marketing operations, and/or analytics experience </div><div>Preferred Qualifications </div><div>Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Analytics, Computer Science, or related field (Master’s preferred). </div><div>Experience: </div><div><ul><li>3+ years of experience in data management, business analysis, or solution design/development or working in Sales Operations or similar commercial analytics roles. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Demonstrated experience developing in business reporting platforms such as Tableau or other reporting tools such as PowerBI. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to understand data flows, data views, and build robust data layers for reporting development. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with Pharma/Biotech sales and activity reporting, incentive compensation, Plan of Action, and field systems (e.g., Veeva CRM / Salesforce.com, Javelin, Customer Master / MDM). </li></ul></div><div>Technical Skills: </div><div><ul><li>Strong proficiency in Tableau (preferred),  PowerBI, or other reporting/BI tools with an emphasis on developing data and reporting solutions optimized for speed, performance, and good user experience </li></ul></div></div><div><div><ul><li>Strong understanding of SQL, ETL processes, and data modeling. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Familiarity with cloud-based analytics environments and emerging BI technologies. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Proven ability to translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights. </li></ul></div><div> </div><div>Domain Knowledge: </div><div><ul><li>Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical data such as IQVIA/IMS DDD, Xponent, PlanTrack, Managed Markets, and chargeback data is highly desirable. </li></ul></div><div>Soft Skills: </div><div><ul><li>Excellent communication skills—written, oral, and presentation—tailored to audiences ranging from senior leadership to field teams. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong client service orientation with a focus on responsiveness and user satisfaction. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional partners. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>High adaptability to changing organizational needs and priorities. </li></ul></div><div>Good to Have: </div><div><ul><li>Experience developing and maintaining reports across multiple BI platforms. </li></ul></div><div><ul><li>Experience with good user experience/user interface design principles and
