Prior work experience in design and development of fan and impeller containment is preferred.</li> <li>Strong fundamentals in Solid Mechanics, Vibrations, explicit dynamics & containment Analysis concepts.</li> <li>Demonstrated expertise in strength, vibration, fatigue & containment analysis of Aero GTE & APU systems, sub-systems & components.</li> <li>Proficiency in linear, non-linear stress and containment analysis using ANSYS WB, HYPERMESH & LS DYNA.</li> <li>Should be able to work independently, develop analysis methods and drive design improvements.</li> <li>Should be good at problem solving, mentoring the project teams, ensuring flawless execution, talent development and multi-tasking.</li> <li>Should be a team player with good interpersonal & networking skills.</li> <li>Strong communication, interpersonal & articulation skills</li> <li>Good at customer centric innovation & growth</li> <li>Ability to drive co-innovation and co-creation with industry, academia, and start-up ecosystem.</li> <li>Agile mindset with focus on speed and cycle time improvement initiatives</li> <li>Continuous improvement culture with challenge the status quo mindset</li> </ul></body></html>
