Requirements / Qualifications
-Strong proficiency in English with excellent communication skills
-No prior teaching experience required
-(Language certifications will be an added advantage)
-Good interpersonal and listening skills
-Passion for teaching and helping learners grow
-Ability to work independently in an online environment

Roles & Responsibilities
-Conduct engaging and interactive live 1-on-1 English communication sessions with learners
-Create a comfortable, supportive, and motivating learning environment
-Help learners improve speaking confidence, fluency, and clarity
-Customize sessions based on learner needs and goals
-Maintain professionalism and session quality standards
