Specialist – Transactional ServicesWe are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with deep subject matter expertise in the Open Twins mainframe system and the GC Flow workflow management application. The ideal candidate will serve as a critical liaison between business stakeholders and technology teams, translating business needs into actionable solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of both systems, excellent communication skills, and the ability to identify opportunities for process automation using Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
