As we continue to scale new heights, we’re looking for engineers who can architect systems that handle massive scale, solve complex problems, and shape the future of entertainment technology.</strong></h5><h5 dir="ltr" role="presentation"><br/><strong>Your Profile</strong></h5><ul> <li>Own and deliver complex backend projects end-to-end — from design and development to deployment and optimization.</li> <li>Build, enhance, and maintain microservices that handle massive traffic with reliability, scalability, and high performance.</li> <li>Collaborate with Product, Design, and DevOps teams to develop solutions that enhance user experience and system efficiency.</li> <li>Design architectures that evolve with business needs while maintaining simplicity and resilience.</li> <li>Write clean, maintainable, and testable code, ensuring adherence to best engineering practices.</li> <li>Mentor junior developers, conduct in-depth code reviews, and drive a culture of technical excellence within the team.</li> <li>Contribute to internal technical discussions, explore new technologies, and lead initiatives that improve performance and scalability.</li> </ul><h5 dir="ltr" role="presentation"><br/><strong>Your Checklist</strong></h5><ul> <li>4–7 years of experience in backend software engineering, building scalable, distributed systems.</li> <li>Proficiency in GoLang; experience with NodeJS, React, JavaScript, or .NET Core is a plus.</li> <li>Strong understanding of algorithms, data structures, system design, and performance optimization.</li> <li>Proven experience designing and implementing high-traffic, fault-tolerant systems or SaaS architectures.</li> <li>Advanced SQL expertise with experience in NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and Redis.</li> <li>Familiarity with Elasticsearch and high-performance data querying.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with AWS, CI/CD pipelines, monitoring tools, and deployment automation frameworks.</li> <li>Comfortable with Git, branching strategies, and collaborative workflows.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile environments with short release cycles and cross-functional collaboration.</li> <li>Passion for automation, optimization, and building products that impact millions of users every day.</li> </ul></body></html>
