Liaising directly with customers to gather/refine requirements and management of solutions through the application lifecycle</p> <p>Look for 4-6 Years of experince</p> <p>Key responsibilities</p> <p><strong>Design, Configuration & Maintenance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Architect, configure, and manage SharePoint Online environments</li> <li>Implement content management structures, site collections, document libraries, and permissions to meet organizational needs.</li> <li>Develop, customise, and optimise modern SharePoint sites, pages, and templates for collaboration and usability.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Design and implement Power Automate workflows to streamline business processes and improve efficiency.</li> <li>Integrate SharePoint with other Microsoft 365 applications such as Teams, Outlook, OneDrive, and Power Apps to enable seamless collaboration.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Development & Customisation</strong></p> <ul> <li>Build custom web parts, extensions, and applications using the SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and React for modern, responsive UI experiences.</li> <li>Leverage PowerShell scripting and Power Automate for automation, provisioning, deployment, and administration tasks.</li> <li>Troubleshoot, debug, and optimise custom solutions to ensure scalability and reliability.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Governance, Security & Compliance</strong></p> <ul> <li>Define and enforce SharePoint governance policies including permissions, site provisioning, and content lifecycle management.</li> <li>Ensure alignment with security, compliance, and regulatory requirements for content storage and collaboration.</li> <li>Conduct regular audits and apply best practices for data protection and platform performance.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Support & Stakeholder Engagement</strong></p> <ul> <li>Work closely with business stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into SharePoint solutions.</li> <li>Provide technical support, training, and documentation to end-users and administrators.</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p>Essential experience & skills</p> <ul> <li>Demonstrated over 4 years experience developing SharePoint solutions</li> <li>Demonstrated experience using Microsoft stack (.NET Framework, C#, SQL) and SPFx</li> <li>Expertise in <strong>PowerShell scripting</strong> for SharePoint administration, deployment, and automation</li> <li>Excellent customer service and communication skills</li> <li>Good understanding of Non-Functional Requirements</li> <li>Strong proficiency in <strong>Microsoft Power Automate</strong> for business process automation and workflow design.</li> <li>Solid understanding of <strong>Microsoft 365 ecosystem integration</strong> (Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Outlook, etc.).</li> <li>Knowledge of permissions structures, and content lifecycle management.</li> </ul> <p>Desirable experience & skills</p> <ul> <li>Experience with <strong>Power Apps</strong> for building custom business applications.</li> <li>Familiarity with <strong>Microsoft Graph API</strong> for SharePoint data integration.</li> <li>Exposure to <strong>Azure Active Directory</strong> and <strong>role-based access control (RBAC)</strong>.</li> <li>Understanding of <strong>information architecture</strong>, taxonomy design, and metadata management.</li> </ul> <p>Certifications (highly desirable)</p> <p>MS MS900: Microsoft 365 Fundamentals</p> <p>MS PL900: Power Platform Fundamentals</p> <p>MS AZ900: Azure Fundamentals</p> <p>MS MS700: Managing MS Teams</p> <p> </p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p>At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their well-being, professional growth, and financial stability. </p> <p>One of our standout advantages is the ability to work with a hybrid schedule along with business travel, allowing our employees to strike a balance between work and life.
