<html><body> Job Description:<div/> Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Test Planning & Execution<ul><li>Design, develop, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow HRSD modules (e.g., HR Case Management, Employee Service Center, Lifecycle Events, and HR Knowledge).</li><li>Perform functional, regression, and end-to-end testing for HRSD workflows and use cases.</li><li>Validate HR Service Portal experiences and ensure accessibility, usability, and data integrity.</li></ul></li><li>Integration Testing<ul><li>Test integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and external HR systems (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, AD, payroll systems, identity management tools).</li><li>Validate data exchanges via REST/SOAP APIs, file transfers, and event-based integrations.</li><li>Verify inbound and outbound data mapping, transformation, and error handling.</li></ul></li><li>Custom Applications & Scripting<ul><li>Test and validate custom applications and configurations developed within ServiceNow HRSD.</li><li>Use scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, etc.) to validate logic and automate testing where feasible.</li><li>Assist in debugging issues and verifying script functionality across HR workflows.</li></ul></li><li>Quality Assurance & Collaboration<ul><li>Collaborate with developers, HR process owners, and ServiceNow administrators to understand business requirements and convert them into effective test scenarios.</li><li>Document defects, work with teams to reproduce and resolve issues, and verify fixes.</li><li>Conduct regression testing after platform upgrades or patch releases.</li><li>Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide guidance to HR stakeholders.</li></ul></li></ul><div/> Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Hands-on experience testing ServiceNow HRSD modules and workflows.</li><li>Strong understanding of HR Service Delivery processes and data models.</li><li>Experience testing ServiceNow integrations (REST/SOAP APIs, MID Server, LDAP, Workday, SAP, etc.).</li><li>Proficiency in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Client Scripts, etc.).</li><li>Familiarity with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).</li><li>Experience using Agile testing tools (e.g., Jira, TestRail, Zephyr).</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div/> Must <ul><li>ServiceNow certifications such as:<ul><li>Certified System Administrator (CSA)</li></ul></li><li>Experience testing Scoped Applications and Flow Designer/IntegrationHub.</li><li>Working knowledge of ITIL or HR best practices.</li><li>Exposure to test automation tools (e.g., ATF, Selenium, Postman for API testing).</li></ul><div/> Soft Skills:<ul><li>Detail-oriented with a focus on quality and accuracy.</li><li>Strong documentation and reporting skills.</li><li>Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.</li><li>Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving.</li></ul> At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
