<html><body> Job Description: Job Title: ServiceNow ITSM Tester (Integrations, Custom Apps, Scripting) Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for ServiceNow ITSM modules.</li><li>Perform end-to-end testing of ServiceNow ITSM workflows including Incident, Problem, Change, Request Management, and Knowledge Management.</li><li>Test and validate integrations between ServiceNow and external systems (e.g., LDAP, email, monitoring tools, CMDB feeds).</li><li>Collaborate with development and implementation teams to test custom applications and ServiceNow configurations.</li><li>Utilize ServiceNow scripting (Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, UI Actions) to support test automation and validation efforts.</li><li>Identify, document, and track defects using defect tracking tools; work closely with developers to resolve issues.</li><li>Conduct regression testing and assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT).</li><li>Analyze functional and technical specifications to ensure comprehensive test coverage.</li><li>Provide recommendations to improve test processes and ServiceNow functionalities.</li><li>Support deployment activities by validating functionality in development, test, and production environments.</li></ul> Required Skills and Qualifications:<ul><li>Strong experience in ServiceNow ITSM modules and lifecycle testing.</li><li>Hands-on experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST, SOAP APIs, LDAP, SSO).</li><li>Proficient in ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript and Glide APIs.</li><li>Experience testing custom-built applications on the ServiceNow platform.</li><li>Familiarity with Agile testing methodologies and tools (JIRA, TestRail, etc.).</li><li>Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.</li></ul> Must :<ul><li>ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Application Developer (CAD).</li><li>Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).</li><li>Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.</li></ul> At DXC Technology, we believe strong connections and community are key to our success.
