Our goal is to provide the best user experience to the NSS engineers and our internal clients..What you will be doing:<ul><li>Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a primary focus on the ITSM and Request modules to streamline and optimize IT service management processes.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and ensure seamless integration with existing systems and processes, including integrations with Resolve automation platform.</li><li>Develop and maintain automation scripts and workflows within ServiceNow to automate routine ITSM tasks, such as catalogue items, workflows, and scripts.</li><li>Perform code reviews and provide technical guidance to junior developers to ensure high-quality code and adherence to best practices within the ServiceNow environment.</li><li>Monitor and analyze ITSM performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement automation solutions to enhance service reliability and efficiency.</li><li>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in ServiceNow and ITSM, and incorporate them into the development process.</li><li>Identify opportunities to improve workflow and create supporting documentation for review by peers and management.</li><li>Troubleshoot and resolve complex ITSM issues by leveraging ServiceNow tools and techniques to minimize downtime and improve overall service performance.</li><li>Utilize case management system (CMS) to document status updates and problem resolutions within ServiceNow.</li><li>Perform customer service duties and respond to customer requests as defined by management.</li><li>Maintain ITSM services documentation related to work area within ServiceNow.</li><li>Will be working in 2pm to 11 pm IST Shifts</li></ul>What you bring :<ul><li>2 to 4 Years of experience in  ServiceNow and its ITSM and Request modules, as well as integration capabilities with other platforms, particularly Resolve Systems.</li><li>Proficient in JavaScript development and experienced with ServiceNow's CMDB.</li><li>Proficiency in scripting and automation frameworks (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, Chef) and their application within ServiceNow.</li><li>Experience with IT service management protocols and technologies (e.g., TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, SNMP).</li><li>Familiarity with IT hardware and software, including routers, switches, firewalls, and load balancers, as they relate to ServiceNow integrations.</li><li>Experience with REST and SOAP APIs for integrating and automating IT services within ServiceNow.</li><li>Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex ITSM issues within ServiceNow.</li><li>Strong analytical skills to interpret ITSM performance data and identify optimization opportunities within ServiceNow.</li><li>Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical information clearly.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.</li><li>Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.</li><li>Continuous learning mindset to stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies in ServiceNow and ITSM.</li></ul>What we offer you:<ul><li>A multifaceted job with a high degree of responsibility and a broad spectrum of opportunities</li><li>A broad range of professional education and personal development possibilities – FIS is your final career step!</li><li>A competitive salary and benefits</li><li>A variety of career development tools, resources and opportunities</li></ul>Privacy StatementFIS is committed to protecting the privacy and security of all personal information that we process in order to provide services to our clients.
