You will be responsible for designing and implementing automated tests using various tools for client applications.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Managing Test creation, execution, defects, retests, sync with BAs for requirement clarity.</li> <li>Representing team in all scrum meetings and own the discussion.</li> <li>Participate in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospective meetings.</li> <li>Understand and execute test strategies and test plan.</li> <li>Integration and Data layer testing as part of ETL.</li> <li>E2E system testing by covering all flows.</li> <li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and ensure test coverage.</li> <li>Contribute to the design and implementation of CI/CD pipelines for automated testing and deployment.</li> <li>Reviewing test environments and processes to facilitate continuous improvement and maintenance of quality standards.</li> <li>Providing test estimates</li> <li>Build automation using selenium, Java OR any industry standard tool.</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <ul> <li>Total 5-7 years of manual + Automation QA experience, out of which 2 years of hands on  working experience in automation.</li> <li>Working in Agile and deep understanding of Agile working and understanding of agile terms (Velocity, Burndown, Scrum, Sprint, Product backlog and Sprint Backlog, Retro, story points etc)</li> <li>Very good understanding of ETL processes and data layer verification.</li> <li>Working knowledge with Databricks, Notepads and Power BI.</li> <li>Strong testing concepts in different types of testing, their dependencies and stages.</li> <li>Demonstrated experience of Automated Quality Assurance: Deliver overnight, cross-browser, functional, non-functional, API, integration and acceptance tests.</li> <li>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).</li> <li>Experience in Test scope understanding, Test UserStory/Task/subtask creation</li> <li>Experience in Test case review and automation code review</li> <li>Good understanding of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs.</li> <li>Delivered front end cross-browser automated functional testing, exploratory, systems integration and user acceptance testing.</li> <li>Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins, CircleCI).</li> <li>Confident with building and maintaining frameworks in one or more of these languages: Java, JavaScript, Python, or C#</li> <li>Experience with other test automation frameworks and tools (e.g., Selenium, WebDriver, JUnit).</li> <li>Any performance testing experience or other non-functional testing experience would be added advantage.</li> </ul> <ul> <li>Testing Tools and Technologies: Appium, Docker, Kubernetes, Postman, Jenkins, Java, Eclipse / IntelliJ IDEA, Linux, TestNG, Selenium, SQL</li> <li>Very good Database testing experience, writing queries, views, joins etc..</li> </ul> <p><strong><u>Additional Skills</u></strong></p> <p>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</p> <p>Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.</p> <p>Analytical and Problem-solving skill</p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-additionalInformation"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Additional Information</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="incentives"> <p>At Version 1, we believe in providing our employees with a comprehensive benefits package that prioritises their well-being, professional growth, and financial stability. </p> <p>One of our standout advantages is the ability to work with a hybrid schedule along with business travel, allowing our employees to strike a balance between work and life.
