Release & Strategic Risk Management</em></div><ul type="disc"><li><strong>Own the Release Schedule:</strong> Establish and manage the end-to-end release calendar, ensuring predictable delivery across all environments (QA, Sandbox, Production, and dedicated customer environments).</li><li><strong>Risk-Based Go/No-Go:</strong> Lead the change management<strong> </strong>process and Go/No-Go decisions. This includes applying sound <em>customer judgment</em> to assess risk and continually improve upon customer trust.</li><li><strong>Technical Governance:</strong> Define and enforce technical governance standards for advancing builds (e.g. zero P1 or P2 bugs), ensuring all compliance and deployment documentation is complete and verifiable.</li></ul><div>  <em>2. Delivery Execution & Cross-Functional Alignment</em></div><ul type="disc"><li><strong>GTM Readiness:</strong> Drive GTM readiness efforts by coordinating and aligning across all functional stakeholders (Product, Development, QA, Technical Sales & Support) to ensure a successful launch.</li><li><strong>Customer Synchronization:</strong> Partner directly with <strong>CSEs and TAMs</strong> to ensure optimal launch windows, smooth release execution and minimal disruption to our customer base.</li><li><strong>Dependency Management:</strong> Proactively identify, track, and manage complex dependencies across tech, operations, and business teams to prevent blockers and drive predictable program delivery.</li></ul><div>  <em>3.
