Should be proficient in Tableau desktop, Tableau server and possess strong data visualization skills and be capable of working within Agile teams.</p> <p>Additionally, candidate should demonstrate strong leadership abilities particularly leading a change and possess excellent communication skills.</p> <p><strong>Years of experience: 10+ years</strong></p> <p><strong><u>Key Responsibilities</u></strong></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Create, update, and manage complex Tableau reports ensuring scalability, manageability, extensibility, performance, and re-usability.</li> <li>Utilize Tableau Desktop for report creation and tableau server for report management and distribution.</li> <li>Apply data visualization techniques.</li> <li>Work closely with stakeholders and team members to gather requirements and deliver effective tableau solutions.</li> <li>Actively participate in Agile development process including sprint planning, daily stand ups and retrospective.</li> <li>Maintain detailed documentation of tableau solutions including technical specifications, user guides and maintenance support.</li> <li>Lead initiatives to improve data visualization processes and implement new strategies to enhance reporting capabilities.</li> <li>Communicate complex data insights clearly and effectively to all stakeholders and providing guidance to junior team members fostering a collaborative and productive team environment.</li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <ul> <li>Candidate with 10 years of hands-on experience with Tableau desktop and Tableau server with strong understanding of Tableau’s architecture, performance tuning and best practices for dashboard development</li> <li>Proficiency in SQL and experience working with relational databases.</li> <li>Expertise in data visualization principles and techniques to create insightful and actionable reports.</li> <li>Experience working in Agile teams.
