At Citi, you’ll have the opportunity to grow your career, give back to your community and make a real impact.</p>                   <h2 class="jd-evergreen-hl">Job Overview</h2>                   <p>The Applications Development Senior Programmer Analyst is an intermediate level position responsible for participation in the establishment and implementation of new or revised application systems and programs in coordination with the Technology team.</p><p>The primary focus of the Risk Management Regulatory  Reporting is to prepare complex and comprehensive Regulatory  Reporting in timely and reliable manner.  The team is heavily involved in providing Risk Managers, Business Managers and Senior Management with critical data for business reviews and regulatory reviews, as well as engaging in strategic initiatives and implementing new processes.  </p><p><u><span>Responsibilities:</span></u></p><ul><li>Manage / Prepare regular and time-sensitive  visualizations and reports covering Citi’s Regulatory and RWA.</li><li>Business analysis support for solutions and platforms delivering risk data and risk reporting programs</li><li>Utilize Tableau to design visualizations, dashboards, and data flows</li><li>Build reports using cognos</li><li>Drive organizational and innovative technology projects to execute strategy and deliver results.</li><li>Participate in critical Risk-wide initiatives such as end-user computing reduction, and process/data controls</li><li>Collaborate with risk and SME reporting leads on initiatives, key reports, and presentations</li><li>Realize opportunities to improve the timing, efficiency, and degree of automation for reporting deliverables</li><li>Participate in initiatives to develop effective controls for data, data quality metrics and governance</li><li>Communicating issues identified to impacted parties and implement corrective action plans.</li><li><span>Acts as SME to senior stakeholders and /or other team members.</span></li></ul><p><u><span>Qualifications:</span></u></p><ul><li><b>8+ years of experience in finance, risk and Regulatory Reporting</b></li><li><b>Must to have 8-12 years of experience as Tableau Developer</b></li><li><p><b><span>Proven expertise in developing compelling Tableau dashboards and reports, effectively addressing user inquiries and data visualization needs</span></b></p></li><li>Strong knowledge of credit risk concepts</li><li>Proficiency in Tableau, Power BI or other BI visualization tools is plus</li><li>Understanding of programming, technology systems, risk data, RWA and automation</li><li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and attention to details. Ability to quickly analyze granular details, summarize top-level trends, identify key drivers of trends and adeptly present findings.</li><li>Knowledge of Citigroup internal reporting applications, particularly Risk and Finance applications such as Optima, Citi Risk, <b>COGNOS</b> and Facility Management, is helpful</li><li>Excellent written and verbal communication skills, and proven presentation skills.  Ability to relay information to senior management in a succinct, insightful way, and negotiate internally with a broad range of stakeholders.</li><li>Good team player and
