You will help us provide a full stack payment processing and acquiring platform to integrators, partners, and merchants. Whether small and independent or large franchises, we build services that customers can rely on. You will be involved in the entire software development lifecycle, working with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and others to help deliver and support required functionality across our payment platform, its user interfaces and APIs.</p> <p>Some of the other responsibilities include:</p> <ul> <li>Hands on problem-solving attitude with the ability to generate ideas/solutions and adapt and learn new technologies on the job.</li> <li>Write clean, testable, and well-documented code. </li> <li>Refactor existing code, write unit tests and review other teammates code. </li> <li>Fix problems and defects by collecting information, finding root causes, and implementing solutions. </li> <li>Conduct peer reviews for other members of the development team, ensuring that project conventions are adhered to and that requirements are correctly implemented. </li> <li>Participate in full-life cycle software development. </li> <li>Contribute to performance, diagnostic, and troubleshooting analysis of software. </li> <li>Create and maintain documentation for developed APIs. </li> <li>Involve and engage with other developers and other teams to motivate and connect with others. </li> <li>Mentoring junior team members and guiding them towards raising their own software quality standards. </li> <li>Estimate, plan and implement new features in collaboration with product and design. </li> <li>Code based on standards and best practices provided by your team lead. </li> <li>Keeping up to date with industry trends and technology developments. </li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <p>Required qualifications for this role:</p> <ul> <li><p>5+ years of hands-on development using Microsoft .Net technologies including C# over Microsoft SQL data repositories, .Net core 2.0 and higher.</p></li> <li><p>Hands-on experience with Angular or any key web technologies such as HTML, CSS3, Responsive Design, REST</p></li> <li><p>Have a keen eye for improvement in scalability, performance, security, and maintainability.</p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Experience applying security technologies such as TLS, SAML, OAuth.</p></li> <li><p>Experience with distributed, event-driven system architecture environment.</p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Experience with Azure development is a plus.</p></li> <li><p>Familiarity with SCRUM activities.</p></li> <li><p>Proactive, self-motivated learner with a strong drive to achieve personal goals.</p></li> <li><p>Professional and articulate communications skills.</p></li> </ul> <ul> <li><p>Ability to work in a team where you manage your own time and priorities.</p></li> <li><p>Must enjoy a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same – adaptability required.</p></li> <li><p>You’re a true team player who helps your teammates when needed.</p></li> <li><p>You align with our four core values and you’re simply a good human.</p></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Desired Qualifications:</strong></p> <ul> <li><p>Oral Communication--Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations;
