Primary Responsibilities:• Performing design, coding, unit testing and ensuring conformance to the team s development process and standards• Review of requirements and/or systems analysis documents for completeness• Working with the Deployment Lead, peer developers to complete various project deployment activities• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications• Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features• Utilize AI tools such as GitHub Copilot to enhance productivity and efficiency across the team• Comply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
