The role requires operating autonomously, leading through influence, and enhancing predictability, quality, and collaboration. With strong Agile expertise and delivery ownership, the role enables teams to deliver value faster, reduce risks, and continuously improve performance. </div> Key Responsibilities:    <ul><li>Lead and mentor 2–3 Agile teams ensuring adherence to Scrum principles and best practices. </li><li>Facilitate Scrum ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Reviews, and Retrospectives with purpose and measurable outcomes. </li><li>Partner with Product Owners to maintain a healthy, prioritized, outcome-driven backlog. </li><li>Track and communicate delivery metrics (velocity, sprint burn-down, cycle time) and use insights for continuous improvement. </li><li>Remove organizational and technical impediments to enhance team flow and predictability. </li><li>Drive alignment across cross-functional teams, architecture, QA, and DevOps for seamless delivery. </li><li>Coach the organization on Agile mindset and help teams transition from project to product-based delivery models. </li><li>Facilitate data-driven decision-making and foster transparency across all levels of delivery. </li></ul> Required Skills:    Must-Have: <ul><li>8+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Delivery Lead, operating as an individual contributor. </li><li>Expertise in Scaled Agile frameworks (SAFe, LeSS, Nexus) and Agile-at-scale transformations. </li><li>Strong understanding of software development, DevOps, CI/CD, and Agile engineering practices. </li><li>Excellent stakeholder management and senior leadership facilitation. </li><li>Hands-on experience with JIRA, Confluence, and Agile reporting tools. </li><li>Ability to work closely with Product Owners on product vision, backlog health, and business alignment. </li></ul> Good-to-Have: <ul><li>Experience in product-centric organizations or digital transformation programs. </li><li>Exposure to cloud ecosystems (AWS/Azure/Google Cloud). </li></ul> Eligibility / Qualifications:    <div>Education: Relevant degree/certification. </div><div>Experience: 8+ years. </div><div> Certifications:  CSM, PSM II, SAFe Scrum Master/Agilist, ICP-ACC, A-CSM (preferred). </div></body></html>
