The ideal candidate will be responsible for <strong>driving new business growth across India</strong>, including <strong>account prospecting, lead qualification, proposal coordination, and deal closure</strong>.</div><div>You will collaborate closely with <strong>Sequoia’s leadership and technical teams</strong> to develop <strong>tailored go-to-market strategies</strong>, craft <strong>customized solution pitches</strong>, and <strong>build long-term, trusted customer relationships</strong> that drive sustained revenue growth.</div><div>  <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></div><ul type="disc"><li>Identify and engage prospective customers across <strong>target verticals</strong> such as Healthcare, Industrial/Manufacturing, IoT, Semiconductors and Enterprise.</li><li>Manage the <strong>entire sales lifecycle</strong> — from lead generation and qualification to proposal development, negotiation, and closure.</li><li>Collaborate with <strong>technical teams</strong> to prepare solution proposals, presentations, and RFP responses.</li><li>Develop and execute <strong>go-to-market strategies</strong> aligned with Sequoia’s service offerings and accelerators .</li><li>Build and maintain <strong>long-term customer relationships</strong> to enable repeat business and referrals.</li><li>Maintain a structured <strong>sales pipeline</strong>, track progress through CRM tools, and provide accurate forecasts to leadership.</li><li>Support <strong>marketing team </strong> — events, webinars, and LinkedIn campaigns — to drive lead generation.</li><li>Stay updated on <strong>industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings</strong> to strengthen Sequoia’s positioning in the market.</li></ul><div>  <br/></div><div>  <strong>Required Skills & Experience</strong></div><ul type="disc"><li><strong>5–10 years</strong> of experience in <strong>product engineering services sales</strong>, preferably with exposure to embedded systems, IoT, Cloud/DevOps, or AI/ML solutions.</li><li>Proven success in <strong>new customer acquisition</strong> and <strong>meeting or exceeding revenue targets</strong>.</li><li>Strong ability to <strong>understand customer pain points</strong> and align them with technology-driven services and solutions.</li><li>Excellent <strong>communication, presentation, and negotiation</strong> skills with experience engaging with decision-makers.</li><li>Hands-on experience in <strong>proposal management, pricing discussions, and contract negotiation</strong>.</li><li>Proficiency with <strong>CRM tools</strong>.</li><li>Bachelor’s degree in <strong>Engineering or Business</strong> (MBA preferred).</li><li>A <strong>self-starter</strong> with a hunter mindset, capable of working independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.</li></ul><div>  <br/></div></body></html>
