As a&#xa0; Senior Revenue Accountant, your role will be a combination of calculating third party reseller partner commissions, supporting internal stakeholders with commission queries, driving process improvements, and preparing analytical insights into partner commissions for the management.Responsibilities<ul><li>Prepare reports for partner commissions related to the payout, month-end closing and reporting activities.</li><li>Collaborate with the Channel Sales org on various initiatives and process changes.</li><li>Partner with multiple stakeholders to identify and drive process improvements.</li><li>Support overall business unit reporting requirements.</li><li>Develop knowledge and understanding of the systems that are critical to the partner commissions process.</li><li>Prepare analysis for ad hoc requests.</li><li>Ability to support external audit related queries.</li><li>Collaborate with the Internal Audit team to establish and ensure compliance with SOX requirements.</li><li>Collaborate with various teams across the company to resolve issues.</li></ul>

<ul><li>CA preferred</li><li>Work experience of 2+ years; preferably with a background in SOX/ICFR control frameworks.</li><li>Understanding of revenue recognition principles, related accounting standards (e.g., ASC 606) and non GAAP financial metrics particularly in the software and SaaS industry</li><li>Experience in financial operations, audit and accounting are a bonus.</li><li>Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.&#xa0;</li><li>Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to identify risks, analyze complex data, and provide practical recommendations.</li><li>Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office products, with the ability to manage and analyze large amounts of data.</li><li>Strong communication skills required, both written and verbal.</li><li>Excellent organization skills and ability to manage multiple changing priorities along with day-to-day responsibilities.</li><li>Ability to commute to the Bangalore office three times a week.&#xa0;</li><li>Must be able to join within 30 days of offer acceptance.</li></ul>&#xa0;
