You’ll also collaborate directly with the leadership team to ensure that strategic priorities are translated into clear, actionable execution plans — and delivered efficiently, with quality and impact.</p><h3 dir="ltr">Key Responsibilities</h3><h4 dir="ltr">1. Lead Delivery Across Cross-Functional Initiatives</h4><ul> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Drive end-to-end execution for complex, multi-team projects — from scoping and planning through release and post-launch follow-up.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ensure clarity around deliverables, ownership, and timelines across all departments.</p> </li> </ul><h4 dir="ltr">2. Partner Closely with Product and Engineering</h4><ul> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Work alongside Product Owners to translate product vision into actionable roadmaps.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Coordinate with Engineering Leads to manage sprint planning, resource allocation, and technical dependencies.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Balance delivery timelines with quality and business priorities along with risk identification and mitigation..</p> </li> </ul><h4 dir="ltr">3. Drive Alignment Across Leadership</h4><ul> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Collaborate directly with CTO, CEO, and functional heads to align execution with business objectives.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Ensure visibility into project status, risks, and outcomes at every level of the organization.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Act as the central communication bridge between teams and leadership.</p> </li> </ul><h4 dir="ltr">4. Implement Agile and Lean Best Practices</h4><ul> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Champion Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles across teams.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Facilitate key ceremonies — sprint planning, retrospectives, and reviews.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Continuously refine processes to improve velocity, communication, and quality of delivery.</p> </li> </ul><h4 dir="ltr">5. Mentor and Elevate Team Practices</h4><ul> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Guide mid-level PMs and team coordinators in best practices and stakeholder management.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Help scale delivery frameworks and PM discipline across the company.</p> </li> </ul><h4 dir="ltr">6. Maintain Transparency and Operational Efficiency</h4><ul> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Use tools like JIRA, Confluence, and Airtable to track work, ensure visibility, and streamline reporting.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Communicate progress and blockers effectively to stakeholders at all levels.</p> </li> </ul><h3 dir="ltr">Qualifications</h3><ul> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience: 6–10 years of total professional experience, with at least 5 years as a Project Manager in a product-based or technology-driven organization.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Proven success managing large-scale, cross-functional programs with multiple dependencies and high visibility.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban) and Lean principles.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills — especially across technical and executive teams.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Experience working directly with Product Owners, Engineering Leads, and CXO-level stakeholders.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Strong analytical, organizational, and facilitation skills.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Proficiency with JIRA, Confluence, Airtable, or equivalent project management tools.</p> </li> <li dir="ltr" aria-level="1"> <p dir="ltr" role="presentation">Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.</p> </li> </ul><h3 dir="ltr">Why Join Stadium</h3><p dir="ltr">At <a href="https://bystadium.com/">Stadium</a>, you’ll help shape how organizations create memorable experiences for their teams and customers.
