The main responsibilities for the PM and CM during L4 & L5 would be to coordinate between GC and other agencies for Issue resolution.”</li> <li>Develop, in coordination with the GC, a detailed Commissioning Equipment list.</li> <li>Undertake detailed analysis of the Equipment drawings to ensure compliance with client commissioning standards & requirements.</li> <li>Review the detailed commissioning schedule submitted by GC for the project[s].</li> <li>Oversee shall Factory witness testing (FWT) process  and coordinate to ensure presence of required representatives from respective function. OFCI equipment mentioned below.</li> <li>Compile(if required), review along with the relevant team members, a commissioning integration plan for approval by MSFT.</li> <li>Assist in ensuring that log is maintained for all issues during the commissioning phase and ensure for timely closure as required.</li> </ol></div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <ul> <li>Testing and commissioning experience with large scale / mission critical projects</li> <li>Experience working in mission critical environments is preferred including commissioning activities.</li> <li>Understanding of best practice relating to the delivery of a construction program is required.</li> <li>Familiarity with construction drawings, specifications and construction sequencing is required.</li> <li>Capable of producing detailed concept level schedules from limited project information.
