In Group T&O, we manage the majority of the Bank's operational processes and inspire to delight our business partners through our multiple banking delivery channels.</p><p><b>Key Requirements</b></p><p><b>Responsibilities</b></p><ul><li>Process various trade finance transactions including letters of credit, guarantees, Export collections and documentary credits, BCIA, RA disbursement</li><li>Perform inward and outward processing of trade transactions such as receipt and delivery of documents, payment processing and reconciliations</li><li>Assist in processing of various loan transactions including disbursements, repayments and interest calculations</li><li>Manage processing of current accounts including deposits, withdrawals, transfers and account reconciliations</li><li>Ensure compliance with know-your-customer (KYC) and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures</li><li>Reconcile nostro accounts on a regular basis to resolve any discrepancies</li><li>Collection of drawdown request and raising disbursement request in system, document management and archival.</li><li>Proficient in using Microsoft office applications.</li><li>Team player with strong work ethic and attention to detail.</li><li>Strong interpersonal skills and written and verbal communication.</li><li>Signature verification and ensuring the documents are in order.</li><li>Liaison with RM / Customer service manager for resolution of any client issues / challenges in loan processing.</li><li>Ensure coordination with Compliance, regulators, and auditor teams for reporting as required by IFSCA Regulations.</li><li>Respond to Ad-Hoc regulatory demand and act s single point of point for support functions including compliance, legal, technology and other teams</li></ul><p><b>Required Experience</b></p><ul><li>Excellent Client / Customer management skills, business orientation.</li><li>Capable for handling trade finance</li><li>Be capable to ensure smooth transition without impacting customer deliverables, to manage processes and metrics on a day-to-day basis.</li><li>Sound experience in Loan operation and syndicated loans.</li><li>Good understanding of Foreign loans Benchmarked under Reference rate like SOFR , ESTR etc</li><li>Should be having capabilities to effectively handle all types of customer complaints, enquiries Queries</li><li>A positive and attitude to work in a team and provide proper assistance and support to the team as required.</li><li>Prior experience of managing GIFT city Branch operations would be preferred.</li><li>Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications</li><li>Familiarity with bank reconciliation and payment processing systems</li><li>Ability to multi-task and work independently under time pressure</li><li>Commitment to integrity, accuracy and compliance</li><li>Experience in the Gift City would be an advantage</li></ul><p><b>Education / Preferred Qualifications</b></p><ul><li>Graduate / Post Graduate</li><li>Overall experience of 3 to 8 years in the Financial Services industry.</li></ul><p><b>Core Competencies</b></p><ul><li>Good analytical skills, detail oriented, keen eye to detect and analyse gaps</li><li>Excellent communication, interpersonal skills and collaborative approach.</li><li>Understanding of Loan processes including regulatory guidelines/requirements</li><li>Clear understanding of banking products, systems, controls, capabilities, and limitations</li></ul><p><b>DBS India - Culture & Behaviors</b></p><ul><li>DBS is committed to building a culture where all employees are valued, respected and their opinions count.
