Visa, is recruiting women for the Visa Returnship Program, based in our Bangalore office. This is a 6-month work-based upskilling program for women who have previously worked in the technology field, have taken a career break, and who are ready to start a new chapter by returning to the technology workforce.
The program brings the benefits of Visa&rsquo;s extensive expertise in payments and payment network technology to women seeking to upgrade their skills and expertise to facilitate a return to the workforce.
The program will feature upskilling and on-the-job training, and you will gain a solid understanding of the payment industry across traditional, eCommerce and FinTech players.
You will have the opportunity to train and be upskilled in software development roles within Visa. As this returnship requires full-time commitment for 6 months, you will receive a stipend in addition to coaching support and other employee benefits.

VISA

Visa supports employees who are parents and will provide subsidy for day care services, at Visa&rsquo;s preferred provider, for children aged 6 years old and below. Visa&rsquo;s preferred provider is Founding Years Learning Solutions Private Limited (Klay Prep Schools and Day Care).
Visa also provides a Home Learning Program, where you can opt for a Teacher from Klay to come home to take care of your little one&rsquo;s learning milestones. Visa will subsidize up to INR 10,000/month for the Home Learning Program for employees with children who are six years old and below. However, there will be no duplicate subsidy if employees are also placing their child at the daycare center.

The Staff Network Engineer is responsible for the architecting, testing, deployment, and leading in troubleshooting of any network changes. The Staff Network Engineer will contribute to the Cardinal Commerce Operations group through continuous improvement, process re-engineering, automation scripts, and analyzing data to contribute to Cardinal Commerce goals and initiatives. This role will require the ability to solve deep, technical problems and build innovative solutions in a fast-paced environment.Essential Functions:Designing and implementing new network infrastructure Review network designs for accuracy Review and approve system deployment plans. Support contractors and internal teams in all network activities Support internal and external teams as necessary in the installation and integration of software related to the network. Work with technical teams to develop procedures, processes, and tools to deploy, test, monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot the network. Provide network troubleshooting and analysis support to solve hardware, firmware, and software issues encountered with the network. Work closely with the Operations and Support teams for problem identification and resolution. Troubleshoot, diagnose, and fix production network issues. Ensureup time and stability. Mentor and assist other team members assisting with networking projects. This is a hybrid position. Hybrid employees can alternate time between both remote and office. Employees in hybrid roles are expected to work from the office 2-3 set days a week (determined by leadership/site), with a general guidepost of being in the office 50% or more of the time based on business needs. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: • 5-7 years of relevant work experience with a bachelor’s degree or at least 4 years of work experience with an Advanced degree • Professional certification (e.g., CCNP, CCDP) • 5-7 years of experience in the implementation, testing, and troubleshooting of technologies for networking applications • 5-7 years of field experience in deploying wide area networks. • 5-7 years of experience with access control models and network security platforms (Cisco ASA, Palo Alto Networks) • 5-7 years of experience with data center networking technologies and data center consolidations and redesigns (Cisco Nexus 9Ks) • 5-7 years of experience networking and routing protocols (eBGP, iBGP, OSPF) • 5-7 years of experience in network administration and architecture • 5-7 years of experience of VLANs/HSRP/STP/LACP/DTP of switches as per the network design • Advanced troubleshooting skills with the forementioned skills and technologiesPreferred Qualifications: • Understanding of communications technology and its application within the industry. • Network certifications on applicable platforms • Stays current with industry trends and offer suggestions that can support faster business processes • Motivated, self-starter, willing to learn new programs • Takes the initiative to research and learn on their own • Demonstrates attention to detail, listens and requests clarification • Good written and verbal communication skills.
