<html><body><section class="job-section" id="st-jobDescription"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Job Description</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="responsibilities"> <p><strong><u>Key tasks & responsibilities</u></strong></p> <ul> <li>Technical Strategy Leader for customer account<ul> <li>Get and influence OEM requirements to make sure that the right product (BU, cross-BU or cross-division) is offered at the right time</li> <li>Active contribution to the CCE community to support Domain product strategy cross customer and cross BUs/Divisions to develop new business opportunities</li> <li>Be the OEM voice within the Domain to influence product strategy</li> <li>Monitor the marketplace relative to the performance of competitors' products, planned customer applications and emerging new technologies and trends to ensure a competitive position</li> <li>Provide market-insight-view to customer based on trustful relation (4-eye-conversation)</li> <li>identify the customer profile in order to guide Domain-internally to deal with the customer’s expectations, processes and mindset</li> <li>Technical consultancy towards acquisition and project managers</li> </ul> </li> <li>Innovation<ul> <li>One face to the customer to drive the innovation at OEM</li> <li>Promote Bosch Innovations at Customer and align road map implementation with the customer</li> <li>Driving/pushing/executing advanced studies</li> <li>Look and think across all BU’s and BBM for new business opportunities</li> </ul> </li> <li>Project Management<ul> <li>Sponsor of all C/D customer projects within one BU and all cross-BU projects</li> <li>Know-how transfer and good practice sharing internally/externally</li> <li>Ensure proper project planning</li> <li>Engineering budget management with applicable business units</li> </ul> </li> </ul> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"> <ul><li>Graduate / Post graduate University education in Engineering (Preferably CS, EC )</li></ul> <p><strong><u>Experience</u></strong><u>:</u></p> <ul> <li>Technical background and cross-functional customer team knowledge</li> <li>At least 10 years management experience from engineering, product management or project management. Preferably working experience within the Electronics / Cross domain</li> </ul> <p>Preferred:<br/> Management experience from engineering, product management or project management<br/> <br/> Core skills:<br/> Large technical knowledge over all XC product portfolio incl.
