In that purpose driven mission, the supply chain analytics function supports the supply chain digitization agenda through progression from descriptive to predictive and prescriptive capabilities and enables a more self-driving, agile and resilient supply chain.We are seeking a highly skilled and collaborative individual to join our Performance and Insights team as a Supply Chain Performance & Insights Senior Manager.The role of the Supply Chain Performance & Insights Senior Manager is to be a highly effective analytics business partner to global supply chain.  He/she will provide data-driven insights that will contribute to influence decision-making at senior level.The ideal candidate will be rigorous, possess a strong analytical mindset, a good understanding of supply chain operations, and the ability to drive impactful business decisions and process improvements through data insights.  The candidate will be collaborative, influential and will be able to work with a large variety of stakeholders at different levels of the organization.It is crucial to provide analytics support for strategic and operational planning, inventory management and advocate for the digital analytics and automation agenda in the end-to-end supply chain. The candidate should have a strong continuous improvement mindset, should support change management, should embed learnings in standard processes and should be able to address problems in a structured, data-driven manner.The candidate should be able to work across boundaries, in a role which requires partnering with several functions (different SC teams, process-owners, Tech teams, etc).Key Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>To partner with Global Supply Chain leaders and global process owners to deliver effective analytics and business insights for faster and smarter decision making.</li><li>Deliver high-quality weekly/monthly performance reports and insights to senior leadership</li><li>Respond to and anticipate business needs in terms of analytical requirements and insightful recommendations.</li><li>Deliver data-driven recommendations to supply chain leaders regarding opportunities to reduce working capital and lead times, improve operations and ensure appropriate governance models are followed.</li><li>Partner with Supply Chain teams to drive the business’ Digital Data and Analytics capability forward</li><li>Supervise activities of third-party resources contracted to support the provision of analytics and data services in your scope</li><li>Serve as the super-user of tools and platforms in your scope. Take business ownership of SC analytical tools and KPIs, ensuring clear definitions, comprehensive documentation, and regular review of changes, issues or new requests.</li><li>To transform, simplify and communicate business information in an effective manner that suits various levels of management and enables faster decision making.</li><li>Manipulate large complex data sets to deliver insights to the decision makers.</li><li>Drive continuously improving capability in end-to-end supply chain analytics, moving to predictive and prescriptive capabilities to improve processes and get to more self-driving supply chains</li><li>Provide training and support to enable self-service analytics for users, maximizing the utility of available data. Championing change in the adoption of advanced technology and newer digital capabilities.</li><li>Connect data points to identify emerging trends, potential risks, bottlenecks, or disruptions in the supply chain. Proactively highlight areas requiring attention or intervention to mitigate future supply chain disruptions.</li><li>Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, reduce duplication, and improve overall performance across SC functions.</li><li>Contribute to key supply chain projects or advanced analytical solutions as required. </li></ul>  Why You? Basic Qualifications: <ul><li>Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Data Science, or a related field.</li><li>Proven experience (minimum 10 years) in performance management, analytics, and/or supply chain operations.</li><li>Good understanding of key supply chain processes, KPIs, and metrics.</li><li>Influencing skills</li><li>Ability to connect data to deliver influential insights that will help senior management make proper decisions that will contribute to deliver SC strategic objectives</li><li>Continuous improvement mindset, problem-solving capabilities</li><li>Critical thinking</li><li>Reporting and analytical skills.</li><li>Ability to collaborate effectively across departments and manage complex performance tools with multiple stakeholders.</li><li>Excellent communication skills, with the ability to translate data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.</li><li>Digital fluency, ability to quickly learn new tools with curiosity and continuous learning attitude.</li><li>Ability to transfer knowledge, promote adhesion to new tools and promote self-sufficiency in analytics.</li></ul> Preferred Qualifications:If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:<ul><li>Experience in supply chain management, planning or manufacturing processes</li><li>Experience with business processes supporting the key SC performance metrics (Conformance to Schedule, Conformance to Release Plan, Sales Forecast Accuracy, Sales Forecast Bias, E2E Lead time, On Time in Full) is an asset.</li><li>Lean Six Sigma/CI qualification is a plus</li><li>Ability to manage multiple concurrent tasks</li><li>Excellent communication, organization and documentation skills.</li><li>Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders</li></ul>#LI-GSK Why GSK?
