We are seeking a visionary and innovative Senior Manager - Product Design to join our team in Bengaluru, India. In this leadership role, you will drive the product design strategy and oversee the creation of user-centered digital experiences that delight our customers and drive business growth.<ul><li>Lead and mentor a team of product designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence</li><li>Develop and implement product design strategies aligned with business objectives and user needs</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product management, engineering, and marketing to ensure seamless product development</li><li>Drive the design process from concept to launch, including user research, ideation, prototyping, and usability testing</li><li>Establish and maintain design standards, guidelines, and best practices across the organization</li><li>Present design concepts and solutions to senior leadership and stakeholders</li><li>Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform design decisions</li><li>Analyze user feedback and metrics to continuously improve product design</li><li>Manage resource allocation and budgeting for design projects</li><li>Contribute to the overall product strategy and roadmap</li></ul>
