Key responsibilities include analyzing change requirements, developing and executing change and communication strategies, and ensuring successful implementation and adoption of transformation initiatives. Key Responsibilities:<ul><li>Develop change strategies and plans to guide the business through transitions.</li><li>Assess requirements, plan, and deliver change and communications activities; report on progress and manage risks with the Program lead and project team.</li><li>Create and execute impact assessments and action plans to effectively manage change.</li><li>Engage complex stakeholders, including third-party vendors and service hubs, to ensure project buy-in and smooth delivery.</li><li>Apply or adapt ETO change and communications tools in partnership with Capability Owners.</li><li>Identify, mobilise, and oversee the project's change network.</li><li>Design business readiness frameworks and adoption plans to prepare employees for change.</li><li>Manage all communications, ensuring alignment with GSK’s brand, audience needs, and engagement strategy.</li><li>Coordinate with program partners across the business.</li><li>Collaborate with the ETO Capability Owner to promote best practices and compliance with required methodologies and tools.</li></ul> Required skills & qualifications:<ul><li>Bachelor’s or master’s degree with 8 to 12years of experience</li><li>Demonstrated expertise in change management and communications implementation; prior experience in training is considered beneficial.</li><li>Demonstrated success delivering end-to-end transformational change on large programmes (e.g., digital transformation, S4 HANA, cultural/behavioral changes, operating models, M&A)</li></ul><ul><li>Strong matrix organisation and senior stakeholder engagement skills</li><li>Expertise in communication strategy and delivery</li><li>Skilled in human-centric design, workshop facilitation, and agile change methods</li><li>Capable of leading diverse, cross-functional global teams</li><li>Excellent relationship, persuasion, and negotiation skills</li><li>Able to solve complex business/process issues in global environments</li><li>Proficient with change management frameworks (e.g., ADKAR), persona mapping, and journey design</li><li>Prosci or APMG Change Management certification preferred</li><li>Project management certification (PMI/CAPM, PMP, PRINCE2) preferred</li><li>Flexible to support global time zones as needed</li></ul> Inclusion at GSK:As an employer committed to Inclusion, we encourage you to reach out if you need any adjustments during the recruitment process.Please contact our Recruitment Team at <a href="mailto:pl.recruitment-adjustments@gsk.com" target="_blank">IN.recruitment-adjustments@gsk.com</a> to discuss your needs.
