Handling installations, configurations, maintenance, security, and support of Physical, Virtual and Cloud-based Servers & Applications. Also mentoring and training team members on Azure.<ul><li>Advanced experience and detailed knowledge of multiple Cloud infrastructures - AWS, Avaya, Azure, Genesys, NiCE, Google Cloud etc.</li><li>Provide advanced technical support for hardware, software, and cloud-based systems.
