The role will report to Head HR, SG India  and will have a strong working relationship with the Plant Manager ,< EHS Manager and plant supervisors. This role will deal with aspects of Plant HR that includes HR Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, Apprenticeship Management, Contract workers Management, Statutory Compliance and Brand Audits </p> <p> The role would champion the values & ethics of the company and be the steward in the implementation of the Business Conduct Guidelines for the Plant activities</p> <p>The incumbent should be skilled in communicating effectively with all levels of management on complex business issues and possess excellent presentation skills with a prominent leadership presence.</p> <p>-   Talent Acquisition- Work with the relevant partners / stakeholders in the Business to ensure that the right talent is hired in a timely manner with the country / regional TA Lead.</p> <p> -  Change Management- Partner all change management initiatives relevant to the business. Will have the support of the regional L&OD Lead to execute the change management initiatives.</p> <p>-Lead and Manage HR  Compliance & Audits requirements of Brands and customers, ISO Auditors, Internal Auditors and Statutory Auditors & Brand Audits</p> <p>-Establishing robust processes on Contract Management at plant level & Ensuring all Statutory Compliances related to HR</p> <p>- Liasoning with Government Agencies, Employer & others etc</p> <p> -  HR Budget- prepare and monitor the HR Budget, review staffing/structures periodically and ensure that the Budgets and Plans are suitably modified to cater to the changing business needs.</p> <p> -  Ensuring execution of all Administrative matters including Security, Transportation, Canteen, Legal etc., on time.</p> <p>-  Providing monthly reports based on HR activities managed by the position, </p> <p> - Demonstrating business and technology acumen </p> <p>-Facilitate business process improvement by identifying and effectively communicating process bottlenecks, data integrity issues and duplication</p> <p>The above defined Role & Responsibilities, are only indicative and not exhaustive and additional responsibilities shall have to be also done to meet goal.</p> </div></section><section class="job-section" id="st-qualifications"><div> <p class="googlejobs-paragraph--empty"/> <h2 class="title">Qualifications</h2> </div> <div class="wysiwyg" itemprop="qualifications"><ul> <li><p>A professional qualification in  Human Resources Management from a Tier-II institute with above 6-8  years experience</p></li> <li><p>Experience of working in Multinational Manufacturing Industry with the capability of navigating through a highly matrix organization</p></li> <li><p>Knowledge to analyze data and come up with solutions</p></li> <li><p>Have played a similar  role for a workforce of at least 600 employees in a best in class company</p></li> <li><p>Excellent communication skills ( spoken and written)  in English and Kannada is essential,</p></li> <li><p>Be a team player.
