This role goes beyond traditional HR — you will lead performance management, employer branding, cultural initiatives, and end-to-end recruitment while supporting strong HR operations.</div><div>You will collaborate closely with leadership, partner with teams, and contribute directly to shaping our culture and people strategy.</div><h2>  <strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h2><h3> <strong>Performance Management</strong></h3><div>Lead and execute performance review cycles.</div><div>Guide teams in setting OKRs/KPIs aligned with company goals.</div><div>Track performance progress and support managers with development plans.</div><h3> <strong>Employer Branding</strong></h3><div>Own employer branding initiatives across LinkedIn, social media, and events.</div><div>Build campaigns and content showcasing culture, achievements, and team stories.</div><div>Strengthen visibility through partnerships with colleges, communities, and networks.</div><h3> <strong>End-to-End Recruitment</strong></h3><div>Manage full-cycle hiring for multiple departments.</div><div>Define hiring needs with stakeholders and create effective recruitment plans.</div><div>Source candidates via job boards, social platforms, communities, and direct outreach.</div><div>Oversee interview coordination, assessments, and offer rollout.</div><h3> <strong>Culture & People Initiatives</strong></h3><div>Drive culture-building activities and internal events.</div><div>Conduct exit interviews and share insights for improvement.</div><div>Promote a collaborative, learning-driven workplace through weekly sessions and meetups.</div><h3> <strong>HR Operations Support</strong></h3><div>Maintain HR systems, ATS, and documentation.</div><div>Support payroll inputs, onboarding, and policy execution.<br/>Ensure compliance with employment laws and HR standards.</div><div>Mentor junior HR team members and streamline HR processes.</div><h2>  <strong>Requirements</strong></h2><div>3–7 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar role.</div><div>Strong understanding of performance management and recruitment processes.</div><div>Experience in employer branding or people engagement initiatives.</div><div>Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.</div><div>Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.<br/>Good knowledge of HR policies, compliance, and HR tools/ATS.</div><hr/><h2>  <strong>Benefits</strong></h2><div>Competitive salary and benefits.</div><div>Growth and learning opportunities.</div><div>Flexible, collaborative, and inclusive culture.</div><div>Work-life balance and wellness initiatives.</div><div>Direct involvement in shaping people strategy and culture.</div><hr/><h2>  <strong>Our Culture</strong></h2><div>We work as one team with one mission  to grow together.
